Hope this fixes the annoying mute switch bug on the iPhone. Sometimes when using the mute switch, clicking it up results in the phone going into silent mode, and clicking it down puts it into normal mode. This is backwards. It's like it's getting confused. To elaborate even more, moving the switch down (the orange bar is shown) makes it go un-silent, while moving the switch up (so you can't see the orange bar) makes it vibrate and go into silent mode.

More and more references to iOS design means that apple is slowly transitioning to touch user interface. It's pretty clear that next version of Mac OS X will be touch based.

T-Mobile towers use different frequencies and will become part of the AT&T network. Apple must have iPhone support for that frequency, in order to ensure ease of transfer once the merger is finalized.

For Christmas:
A TV which is 3D capable, LED backlighted, full HD, 47 inch to 55 inch and a HDMI port, which is pretty much a standard, for my PS3; that acts as a 3D blu ray player and a great, better than the xbox, games console. I haven't decided which one, yet.

Any manufacturer would prefer that the same case worked for all iPhone4s because then they would only have to spend the manufacturing dollars once to reach every iPhone4 customer. Plus, less confusion when people are buying cases.

Give us a 4.3" screen so the phone would have to be somewhat bigger - big enough to support two chips for 3G and 4G.
I think that the current iPhone 4 is too thin and too small (I have big hands). I think a Thunderbolt sized iPhone would be just awesome! The Thunderbolt is the perfect size in my opinion.

Purchase apps and have them available for install without synchronization on ipad, ipod, iphone without plugging the device in.
Honestly, I don't think my version of it is correct but MobileMe is as good a guess as any other.

Amazon sells mostly LAME encoded 256kbs mp3 files, which are pretty comparable to the AAC files ITMS sells. AAC may have a slight advantage (for example see http://www.head-fi.org/forum/thread/271330/256-vbr-aac-vs-320-mp3-vs-256-vbr-mp3#post_3459768), but not much.

This is great news. If the macbooks go Core 2 Duo then I will have a very difficult decision to make. Regardless I'm going to hold for about 3 weeks to see how these things work out for everyone. If they are, for the most part, problem free then I'm all over this.

Ok with me. I wouldn't pay for the 4G upgrade from a provider anyway until it was as common nationally as 3G is today. Doing it right is a good plan.
