Right, I have been wondering of getting lenscoats for my lenses (at least the ones that I can get them for), not for camouflage but for actual protection. I have seen them in action and sometime the lenses just take a hit or two and that neoprene neatly takes the hit. They make them in black which is what suits me best. BUT the question is does anyone else use them? Are there alternatives since they are pretty pricey and from the looks not quite 100% fitting.
Someone also suggested camo form tape which also absorbs the hits, albeit less so, but is a helluva lot cheaper.

As a previous poster mentioned, easiest to use CCC to move your current installation of OS X over to the SSD... See here for instructions:

When I click the search box in IE6, the submit button does highlight, but I can still type in the text field.
It might be the button:active declaration in the CSS that IE6 is hiccuping on.
I just checked again and the "Go" button gets highlighted and I CAN enter text and search. My IE6 was installed automatically with XP Pro.

Store Manager was great. Team was great. They all chanted my name and gave me high fives when I walked in the store. It was really fun. I think I would do all of this again if I could. It was really really a great time.

Ok, Im not positive this is why but I'm pretty sure... in the first line you have 'TRANSITIONAL' capitolized. I changed it on my webpage to caps, and I got errors now too(I really didn't think caps mattered but I'm not up on doctype stuff), so give it a try replacing
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 TRANSITIONAL//EN">
with
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">
And also make sure your 'meta' tag is between <head></head> and not right after the !DOCTYPE

I love them both.. i get hiped up 2 wweeks before macworld and just go nuts and just sit on the computer and get all the information and rumors about them i love it!!!:apple::apple:

I've had some problems with my Linksys router. It works about 98% of the time. But that 1% really gets to you... its just stops working sometimes for no good reason. Its the only router I've used, so maybe its a problem with routers accross the board.

Yeah, just to clarify I have been using a mac for about two years now. It is my friend who switched to mac :) He just placed the order a few hours ago for his new 12" iBook.

My mac's a 14" iBook that's been upgraded to 1 GB of RAM and 80 GB HD. I use Airport (so I experience the delayed connection that you've got post-wake) and there's nothing hooked up with Bluetooth.
I'm so confused as to where this problem could be originating...

On the other hand, a good rule of thumb is never to buy a first generation of anything. In this case, a new design...so we will see.

Hi - I am an avid macrumors guy and usully hang on the ipad and iphone forums but I think I may need a MacbookAir. Here's my need
I give 75 size slide shows with a projector and use Keynote..the i pad does it, but won't let me use the iPhone as a remote - only the macbooks do that..also when multitasking really heav,y and throwing lots of slides up, the ipad become a bit jerky due to it's memory( yes I;m using the new Ipad2).
My company has said get the air if I need it
do I need it?
I can get stuff in and out using dropbox so I don;'t think I need the cd player?
and was just going to get work or is office the ticket - or both?

OS X won't let you boot legacy software without a superdrive. I've tried at least 100 times. It can't be done. Boot Camp will not allow you to install from a USB drive. If you have the ISO of windows 7 just install it in parallels and enjoy.

The front page was down for a couple of minutes today. It wouldn't load at all for a minute or two.
We were experiencing some sluggishness yesterday and briefly took the front page down in order to reboot the server right at the time you reported the downtime. That seemed to have perked things up, but obviously we want to avoid having to reboot things. :)
